Plant Shutdown Inspection

MJ specialises in Static Equipment Inspection during plant shutdowns for many Refinery and Petrochemical Plants in Malaysia and the Middle East.

Work scope included inspection for mechanical integrity of columns, reactors, furnaces, boilers, drums and heat-exchangers, recommendation for repairs where necessary; detection of corrosion and recommendation on preventive measures.

MJ also possess a network information on available mechanical sub-contractors for extracting, cleaning and reinstallation of such static equipment. These teams of workers are highly skilled and very well experienced in achieving work completion within stipulated scheduled.
